Cons: Couldn't find anything wrong with this cruise. Would go again anytime. overall this ship is the very best I have traveled on and this being my 11 cruise. Ship Details: Ship Quality very easy to find your way around this ship very clean and beautiful Dining/Food quality of the food was outstanding. if anything was failing and this was our fault it would be that we chose "my time dining" (which is great for some people) we like to sit with a large table and usually they seat MTD at a small table. Stateroom Quality our stateroom was top quality and well cared for by the cabin stewert Samantha. we had a balcony which was wll appreciated Ship Staff Quality always helpful and friendly Entertainment & Activities shows were better than LasVegas and very good seating 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. Ports were great to visit. Cons: Labadee, Haiti. The beach was great, however, the locals were very aggressive in vying for sales and attention. Great ship! Loved the amenities and the ambiance of the ship. Ship Details: Ship Quality The layout of the ship is phenomenal!! Great decorative layouts that reminds you of being in a very UPSCALE hotel!!! The ship is impeccable for cleanliness and very sanitary both in private and public areas. Dining/Food Sometime food not hot, however, warm. Great choices daily in the Windjammer. Stateroom Quality Very clean and hot water always! Beds were very comfortable. Ship Staff Quality The staff were very professional, polite and helpful in the restaurants and those that take care of cleaning the rooms daily or around the pools/activities. Some of the Guest Relations staff were not friendly or customer focused and sometimes rude, however, did not have to interact with them on a daily basis. Entertainment & Activities Great variety of entertainment and activities. Children's Programs Lot's of activities for children to teenagers. Great service taking us to and from the ship. Great entertainment on board. Food on Windjammer warm, but not really hot. The ship was full so 4,000 people to serve. Dinner good overall. Steaks not that great, but very good at Chops Restaurant. Ate there on our anniversary. Enjoyed my time dining. Staff very professional and helpful. Flow rider and rock climbing wall fun.
